Patrick Earl Collins, 42 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. Born Saturday, February 28, 1981, in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Willie Collins and Laverne Collins. Also surviving are daughter, Jordyn J Collins, sister, Erika M Collins Wilson.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00am to 11:55am with a funeral service to follow at 12:00noon both will be held at R S Lewis & Sons 3651 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, Tennessee 38128

Interment will be in Memorial Park Southwood Cemetery, 5485 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125
