Wilbur "Billy T" L. Taylor, 65, of Richmond, died May 21, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur L. Taylor, Jr. Surviving are his wife, Charlene A. Taylor; son, Joshua A. Taylor; mother, Yvonne Hendricks; sister, Charmayne West; mother-in-law, Alice M. Alexander; two nephews, two great nephews; host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. followed by the family receiving friends in Scott's Chapel from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2023 at 31st Street Baptist Church, 823 North 31st Street.
