Mr. Andre F. Carter, Sr., a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away May 19, 2023. A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in True Divine Baptist Church, 4525 Virginia Loop Road, Montgomery, AL 36116. Burial will follow in Brassell Cemetery.
