Mrs. Jennie Bea Little Medley, the daughter of the late G.K. Sr. and Sarah Little, was born September 17, 1957 in Anson County. She departed life on Monday, May 22, 2023 at her home.

She attended Anson County Schools and accepted Christ at a young age at West Deep Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for 30 years at Pilgrim’s Pride, Marshville, NC.

She was married to Don Medley for 34 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, G.K. Little Jr. and one sister, Gracie Mae Little.

In addition to her husband, Don, she is survived by a special niece whom she loved like a daughter, Denisha Little of Clemmons, NC and her daughter, Audrey; four siblings: Margaret Little of Lilesville, NC; Lee Little (Sharon) of Lilesville, NC; Thomas Little (Melita) of Charlotte, NC and Lizzie Little-Crouch (Hubert) of Lilesville, NC; four sisters-in-law: Clara Thomas (Larry) of Wadesboro, NC; Vera Smith (Eric) of Wadesboro, NC; Cender Gore (Daniel) of Lilesville, NC and Sandra Spencer (Rickey) of Wadesboro, NC; one brother-in-law, Samuel Medley of Wadesboro, NC; six special co-workers and friends: Marylyn Freeman, Patricia McGiver, Betty Richardson, Dee Dee McCrae, Polly Burnio, Gwen Little, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Homegoing Services will be on Thursday, June 1, 2023, 11:30am, West Deep Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery.

The Medley and Little Family will greet family and friends on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 11:00-11:30 at West Deep Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
