Maria Octavia (Precious) Johnson, Age 52 went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2023. She was preceded in death by parents, Terrie Johnson and Philip Redding; grandmother, Sarah E. Johnson.

She left to cherish her memories: son, Joshua (Erneisha-Nana) Johnson; grandchild, Jahshae Payne; brother, Isaac Johnson; nephew, Izavion Johnson; uncles and aunts, Alex, Alvin (Tammy), Gary, Candy (Richard), Robin Johnson and Lori Simpson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 11:30-12:00 p.m. with the Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:00 noon at the Unity Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Steve Simpson officiating.

The final resting place will be at the New Grey Cemetery immediately following the service. A dove release will conclude in her honor.
