Obituary For Willie Hugh Fulton, Jr.

Willie Hugh Fulton, Jr., affectionately known as “Smoky” and “Bay”, was born on September 5, 1950 to the parentage of the late Willie Hugh Fulton, Sr. and the late Willie Bell Randolph Fulton. He was preceded in death addition to his parents, by his daughter Monica Fulton and a brother Clarence Fulton.

He joined Randolph Baptist Church and was educated in the Greene County School System. After school he moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he became a concrete mason for many years. He also helped in the construction of many bridges around the metro area. He was a kind hearted person that loved his family.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Sonya Felica Grier-Fulton; his children: Lanesia Holsey and Telicia Keivonya Fulton; three sisters: Tessie Fulton Andrews (Willie), Mary Frances Fulton Evans (Gregory) and Jackie Fulton; three brothers: Raymond Fulton (Geraldine), Lonnie Fulton and Kenneth Fulton (Loretta); grandkids: Fredric Douglas Dixon, Jr. and Jaquavious Demetrice Howell; great grandkid: Jett Liorenzo Dixon; four uncles: Albert Lee Randolph, Sammie Randolph, Sylvester Randolph and James Randolph and a host of other relatives and friends.


Services will be held Tuesday May 30, 2023 from Watts Funeral Home Chapel at 1 pm with Rev D. Harris Eulogist.
