Ms. N'Keschi Nichelle Taylor, 49, of Columbus, GA passed Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. EST Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Dr. Patrick T. Brown, pastor. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 3-5 p.m. EST.

Ms. N'Keschi “Keschi” Taylor was born October 12, 1973 in Mobile, AL to Arilla Taylor and Johnny Hayes.

Keschi enjoyed life and loved her family. She loved to cook, trying to sing and dancing. Keschi was educated in the Phenix City School System and was crowned Miss Phenix City Headstart Queen.

She gained her wings on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the early morning hours.

Keschi was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Henry “Bud” and Gladie Taylor of Ft. Mitchell, AL; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Darrye Hayes, Sr. of Lato, AL; aunt, Catherine (Nathaniel Ryles); uncles, Isiah Hayes and Tommy Hayes, Jr.; sister, Angel Oliver.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her mother, Arilla Taylor, Father, Johnny, Sr. (Peggy) Hayes; three sons, D'Amato (A'rayna), Jaleel (Ayden Lamb) and Sylvonte (Braeden) all of Columbus, GA; five brothers, Kelvin (Cherry) of Alabama, Demetrius (Jasmine) Powder Springs, GA, Reginald (Iyah), Columbus, GA, Johnny, Jr. (Freda) Hayes, Phenix cIty, AL and Jemmel Hayes of Columbus, GA; one sister, Regina (Franco), Phenix City, AL; aunts, Joann (Corsemore) Edwards, Conyers, GA, Doris Jackson, Phenix City, AL, Suzette (Anthony) Stinson, Conyers, GA, Vickie Taylor, Decatur, GA, Sharlene Pollard, Decatur, GA, Bonnie (Robert) Howard, Atlanta, GA and Quintina (Dwayne) Gosha; Quinten (Latoya) Hayes, Phenix City, AL, Quincy Hayes, Phenix City, AL, Freddie Hayes, Seale, AL, Charlie Hayes, Seale, AL, Melvin (Lucy) Taylor, Kathlene, GA, Bill (Ginger) Taylor, Phenix City, AL, Cosemore Edwards, Atlanta, GA, Anthony Stinson, Atlanta, GA, Henry Fagin, Decatur, GA and Larry Hayes, Columbus, GA; four grandchildren she loved, A'rayna, Braeden, Crobin and Ayden; one godchild, Journey and a host of other relatives and friends.
