Minister Luc Noel

Minister Luc Noel was born March 27, 1952 in Lapoint Haiti to the late Tal Noel and Silvie Maria St. Louis. He attended Lapoint Beracka High School became a professional tailor in Haiti, he met and married the love of his Claudette in 1982. They relocated and settled in Fort Pierce Florida. To their union was born their one and only son Matiace Noel.

Minister Luc was introduced and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the Nazarene Church where he was a member for 15 years. He then attended Oleander Church of God until led by the Spirit of God to become a member of Resurrection Life Family Worship Center under the leadership of Apostle Trevor Banks and Pastor Martha Banks in 2010. He was a faithful member and ordained as a Minister of God. Minister Luc was actively doing mission work for the Lord in Haiti and locally ministering every Tuesday night at the River of Deliverance Church in Vero Beach Florida.

Minister Luc worked for Coca Cola Gardens as a picker and was currently employed with Publix Super Market where he witnessed for the Lord to co-workers and customers touching many lives.

Minister Luc leaves to cherish his life and memory his beloved wife and queen: Claudette Noel; his loving son: Matiace Noel; his brother: Adly Noel and Family; sisters: Maria Joseph and Family, Claudie Louis and Family, Angelet Helain and Family, Jeanette Noel and Family; his Resurrection Life Church Family, his River of Deliverance Church Family, and a host of relatives and friends. We will all miss Minister Luc Noel's famous words "Let me tell you something..”

Public visitation for Minister Luc Noel will take place on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Resurrection Life Family Worship Center in Fort Pierce, FL. Funeral Services will convene on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Resurrection Life Family Worship Center in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
