Kevin Allen, 64, of Richmond, departed this life June 6, 2023. Surviving are his son, Kevin R. Allen (Lisa), of Atlanta Ga; two daughters, Lavonne Johnson Morehead (Norman) of Brooklyn N.Y., and Lisa Rouse of Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; devoted partner, Thelma Johnson; one sister, Rosalie Taylor, of N.Y.; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday June 21, 2023.
