Julia M. Ford Sims, age 83, of Athens, Ga passed June 11, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Hill Chapel Baptist Church,1692 W. Hancock Ave, Athens, GA with interment in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Viewing, Friday 2-6 PM, at the funeral home.

Survivors include: her children, Edna E. Jennings, Judy Y. (Dennis) Richardson, Betty D. (David Williams) Sims, Debbie K. Sims and William J. Sims, Jr.; one sister, Bessie Ford Powers; ten grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
