Cleanette Dianne Truett Riley died Saturday, June10, 2023. She was the wife of the late James C. Riley. She was the daughter of the late Willie Sim Truett and Annie Ruth Avery Truett.

Cleanette worked in Philadelphia at the Federal Reserve Bank before moving to Lancaster. She also worked many years at Duracell, the Lancaster County School System and later became a much loved and much requested Foster Parent for Children of all ages through Growing Homes.

She was preceded in death by her son Everette James Riley. She leaves to cherish fond memories; one daughter Cleanette Dianna Riley and three grandchildren, Andrew Steven Lawson, Lauren Riley Lawson and Luca Lawson all of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and her son-in-law Steven A. Lawson of Philadephia, Pennsylvania; Special Niece Arica Young Miller of Alexandria Virginia and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by many loving friends and her church family in the Lancaster, SC area.

Services will be 12:30, Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Open Door Fellowship by Pastor John T. Cahill, 1941 West Meeting Street, Lancaster, SC.
