It is with a heart of sorrow that we announce the departure from this world to the peace of God's eternal slumber of Lahoma Delphy Pippins on Sunday, June 11th, in Spartanburg Co, SC. Mrs. Pippins, 55, was the wife of James L. Pippins and the daughter of Janie Sanders and the late Levi Williams. A native of Newark, NJ, she was a graduate of the Elizabeth High School. For numerous years she has resided in the Hampton County community of Early Branch. Delphy was a licensed paramedic and was employed for many years in the healthcare profession as a nurse assistant. A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and caring loved one, her presence will be truly missed but her love lives on forever.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023, 1:00 pm in the Bethlehem Baptist Church, 13280 Yemassee Hwy, Yemassee, SC. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery,
