Mr. John Artist Richardson, Jr. age 66, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Warren Hills Nursing Center, Warrenton, North Carolina.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:30PM in the Chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Service 149 Holland Bland Rd. Warrenton, North Carolina. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Baptist Church Warrenton, North Carolina.

He leaves to cherish his memory: three sisters Wilhelmenia Johnson (Horace) of Warrenton, NC, Mabel Willimas of Warrenton, NC, and Patricia Richardson of Henderson, NC; one brother Joe Richardson of Macon, NC; a special niece/daughter Taneka Richardson (Lucas) of Macon, NC; and a special friend Shirley Barnes; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public viewing will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 from 1-6PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Service.
