MS. LISA MARIA REESE – AGE 59, - of Norfolk, Virginia and formerly of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023. She was born on January 5, 1964 to William Reese and the late Mary Perry Reese Curtis. She was preceded by her grandparents, Amos and Leola Conley Perry, Sr., Ruby Scott, and sister, Shelia Smith. She graduated from Belmount High School of Dayton, Ohio and she attended Calhoun City School. She was a member of Allen Chapel A. M. E. Church and employed at All-Star Industries.

Survivors are her loving daughter, Samantha Upshaw; two granddaughters, Kylin Ware, and Rowynn Logan of Norfolk, Virginia; fiancé, Dorsey Garland; father, William Reese of Calhoun, GA.; three sisters, Charlene Printup, Brenda Curtis, and Christa Reese; aunt, Joyce Pope of Wyoming; uncle, Amos Perry, Jr. of Fairfax, Virginia; nieces, nephews, cousins, and host of other loving family.

Graveside Service and Interment will be on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Chandler Cemetery, Calhoun, Georgia with Pastor Renata Williams as Eulogist. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
