Civone Anntoinette Vega, 35, of Havelock died Saturday June 24, 2023 at SECU Crystal Coast Hospice.

A private service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her sons, Andrew Pack and Ryan O'Neal of Havelock; one daughter Nevaeh Topping of Ohio;her husband, John James Lyons of Marion, OH; her father, Jose Vega of Oregan; one sister, Shamarie O'Neal of Havelock.
