Monique Wallace was born March 19. 1976 in New York City, to the late Willie Wallace and Sadie Wallace. She completed her primary education at Jane Addams High School. She completed training with Gentle Care Home Health in the Bronx where seh obtained a certificate to become a Home Health Aid and served in that field for a few years.
