MR. GLEN DOUGLAS ADAMS - Age 66, of Rome, Georgia and formerly of Summerville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at the Oakview Nursing Home. He was a graduate of Chattooga High School and employed by I. T. T. Lester. He was born on August 27, 1956 to the late Mose Harper and Lara L. Ervin Adams. He was preceded by his three sisters, Tommie L. Boykin, Irene Exum, Dorothy Adams, one brother, John C. Adams, Sr.

Survivors are his six brothers, Andrew Adams, Lamar Adams, Mose (Mary) Adams, Jr., Aaron (Gail) Adams, Isaac Adams and Felix Adams; three sisters, Faye Adams, Versie Price, Mahalia Lay; one aunt, Clemmie Black; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 2:00 P. M. at the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home, 2011 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton, GA. 30721 with Pastor Mose Whitfield officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 P. M. until the funeral hour. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
