MR. TARON LEONARD ALSTON, affectionately called “Trey,” was born August 5, 1986 in Hampton, VA and departed this life June 26, 2023 in Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, VA. He was also preceded in death by his grandmothers- Catherine Broady Lewis Moorefield and Betty Northington; aunts- Kathleen Shisser, Patricia Poore, Gloria Lowery, Arethea Walker and uncle- Henry Lewis.

At an early age he was baptized and joined Harvest Life Church, Woodbridge, VA.

He was a graduate of Garfield High School and later graduating from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance School.

Taron was employed by ALL IN ONE MOVING & STORAGE, INC., Fredericksburg, VA.

In his spare time he enjoyed boxing, working out, spending time with family, cars, eating, shooting pool, music and etc.

“Trey” touched everybody. He made them smile and he made them feel good. He had a great heart and was a good role model, and he was the light in the darkness for a lot of people.

“Trey” leaves to mourn his mother- Gladys Lewis Alston Hardin, Triangle, VA; father- Barry Leonard Alston, Brodnax, VA; two children- Anthony and Jeremiah Ugochukwu, Woodbridge, VA; aunts- Theresa Lewis (Tony), Triangle, VA and Carolyn Kyer, Jonesville, NC, uncles- David (Shelia) Lewis, Richmond, VA; Bobby Moorefield, Atlanta, GA; John Moorefield, Alexandria, VA; Rev. George (Belinda) Northington, Chester, VA and Clarence Alston, Brodnax, VA; his best friends- Smiles and Ray, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
