Son of Barbara J. Lewis and the late Charles Lewis Sr., passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center on Leestown Road, Lexington, Kentucky

In addition to his mother, Charles is survived by his sisters, Gail Lewis and Barbara D. Lewis.

Besides his father, Charles is preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce E. Lewis and Tangerella L. Bobbitt.
