Our sweet mother, Clea Yvonne Lewis Buechler, 75 of Bowie, TX began her new life in heaven on Sunday, July 9, 2023.

Funeral service will be take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14th, at Freedom Life Church in Bowie, TX.

Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie, with fellowship at Freedom Life Church taking place after the services.

Family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 13th, at White Family Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Clea was born September 23, 1947 in Bowie. She was a wonderful mother, who taught her family the value of hard work and will be missed dearly by many friends and family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cordie D. “C.D.” and Ruby Mae (Swatsenbarg) Lewis, and four siblings, C.D. Lewis, Ava Lawson, Bonnie Jackson, and Jeannie Yowell.

Clea is survived by her four children, Shawn Peterson and husband David of Lawrenceville, VA, Stephen Buechler, Jr. and wife Paula of Nixa, MO, Shane Buechler of Denton, TX, and Kile Buechler of Lubbock, TX; ten grandchildren, Emily Spencer of Kennesaw, GA, Shannyn (Shay) Bocks Peterson of Moyock, NC., Tiffanny Hudson of Virginia Beach, VA, Jaymes Migl, Sr. of Bowie, TX, Shirley Lopez (David) of Bowie, TX, Amanda Riddle of Nixa, MO, Austin Peterson of Capron, VA, David Peterson II of Chesapeake, VA, Stephen Buechler III (Tiffany) of Nixa, MO, and Tyler Buechler (Naomi) of Ozark, MO; nineteen great-grandchildren, Joshua Spencer, Ronald Bocks, Wade Bocks,Jaxon Bocks, Malechai Peterson, Steven (Charlie) Acorn II, Gabriel Acorn, Jaymes Migl, Jr., Edward (E.J.) Migl, Aiden Lopez, Robert Peterson, Keegan Peterson, Harper Peterson, Haven Buechler, Emmerson Buechler, Adeline Meyers, Paisley Buechler, Claire Buechler, and Rory Buechler; her sister, Cordieann Bright and husband Charlie of Haughton, LA; and many nieces and nephews.
