Glenn Grey 79, passed on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky.

Glenn was born July 5, 1944 to Charles Grey and Opal Sleet in Boyle County.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy, his youngest daughter, Sheryl and brother, James Grey.

Glenn graduated from Bate School in1962. He confessed his love for the Lord at an early age and united with First Baptist Danville and later in life he united with Second Street Christian Church, where he served as a Deacon.

Glen was an avid fisherman, University of Kentucky fan, and also enjoyed catching snapping turtles.

He was united in marriage on April 23, 1965 to Nancy Jones and from this union 5 daughters were born.

His memories will be cherished by his daughters, Marva Morris, Leslie Grey, Michelle Grey and Bettina Guest; nine grandchildren, Dexter Grey, Jordan (Kayla) Guest, Justin Grey, Jeffrey Guest, Daylen Morris, Morgan Grey, Troy Grey, Shelby Napier and Taylar Bartleson; eight great-grandchildren, Xzavier, Demauriah, Braylon, Jay’Onna, Baylor, Genesis, Grayson and Braelee; three brothers, Charles Grey, Marty Grey and Chris Grey; very special friends, his brother-in-law, Michael Jones, Alonzo and Sharon McGuire and Ozenia Hawkins.

Met Glenn many many years ago...cant remember a time when there was no Nancy, they always seemed to be together.Glenn always seemed to be in deep thought and serious about things. I remember him as a nice person, loved his Nancy and his family. My prayers are with the family.
