OBITUARY:

Mr. Detrice Davis was born on February 29, 1980 to Jennie Davis(Tchula, MS).

Detrice was preceded in death by his father Gilbert Taylor, Sr., his sister Ashley “Rabbit” Davis and his close friend Alphonzo “Big Money” Greer.

Detrice leaves to cherish his most precious memories; his girlfriend; Ebony Young(Tchula, MS); his mother Jennie Davis(Tchula, MS);six children; Jla K. Ward(Grenada, MS)Khadejah Davis, Detrice Davis, Jr.(both of Carrolton, MS), Jakiya Caldwell(Greenville, MS) and Mya Hearn (Grenada, MS); one stepchild; Eshontay Young(Tchula, MS) and one godchild; Rakayiah Sykes(Tchula, MS); two grandkids; Lavarious and Legend Williams (both of Grenada, MS)six sisters; Beatrice Davis, Angela Davis, Kierra Davis and Shardon Black(all of Tchula, MS) and Tomeca Brown(Grenada, MS)Jennifer Peterson(of Cruger, MS) five brothers; Gilbert Taylor, Jr. and Roderick Anderson(both of Greenwood, MS), Javorious Jackson (Greenwood, MS), Timothy Taylor(Lexington, MS), Frederick Petterson (Cruger, MS).
