Funeral services for the late Mr. Christopher Hill, who departed this life on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Ashburn, Georgia. Reverend Cecil Strawder will deliver the Eulogy. Burial will follow in the Westview Memorial Cemetery in Ashburn, Georgia. Mr. Christopher Bernard Hill was born on March 13, 1989 in Tifton, Georgia to Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Peggy Johnson Hill.

Chris was educated in the Turner County Public School System and graduated from Turner County High School in 2008. He attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia, majoring in Business.

Chris was Truck Driver for Lipari Food Operations. He was a musician. He loved is electric guitar.

Christopher was a member of New Jerusalem Holiness Church in Ashburn, Georgia, under the leadership of his parents, Pastor Michael Hill and Co-Pastor Peggy Hill.

On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, Christopher slipped away peacefully to his new life. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby and Rose Lee Johnson.

Christopher leaves to cherish his memories his children, Christon Braydon Hill of Tifton, Georgia, Tiana Skye Hill of Valdosta, Georgia; his parents, Michael and Peggy Hill, both of Ashburn, Georgia; a brother, Michael (Katrena) Hill, Jr. of Cordele, Georgia; sisters, Chiquita Hill of Cordele, Georgia, Brianna (Kevean) Yancey of Tifton, Georgia; grandmother, Louise Hill; nephews, Zacariyan Johnson, Michael Hill, Jonqurious Green, Zyquarion Dorsey; nieces, Ah’Laysiah Hill, K’dynce Hill, Zy’miya Hill, Karissaa Hill, Jayla Hill; aunts and uncles, Betty Prather, Leon (Cynthia) Johnson, Margaret Teague, Willie Teague, Evelyn Faye (Willie) Stafford, Lena (Anthony) Stafford, Felicia (Richard) Hayes, Andre Brown, Bobbie Jean (Darrell) Bryant, Jill (Edward Kent) Robinson, Serrita Everett, Barbara Houser, Cleveland (Dorthy) Johnson, Alton Johnson, Patricia Jones, Delois Gray, Kenneth Hill, Mable Minshew, Mary (Tommie) Parker, Lonnie Johnson, Willie (Barbara) Holton, Columbus Johnson, Harman Neely; and a host of devote cousins, family member, church family members and friends.
