Mr. Marcus L. Penn, a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away July 31, 2023. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ross-Clayton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Eastwood Memorial Gardens.
