Otis Daniel Patrick, Jr., 75 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Friday, December 12, 1947 in Bakersfield, California , he was the son of the late Otis Patrick and the late Rosa Gully Patrick. He was the husband of Edna Sanders Patrick.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, TN 38126. Graveside service will be Friday, August 4, 2023 12:00noon in Hampshire Cemetery

Internment will be in Hampshire Cemetery
