RALEIGH, NC

Alvira Patricia Harris-Redd, 69, of 1509 Riverview Rd. peacefully transition on July 29 at her residence.

She was born on October 25, 1953, in New York, NY to the late Dorothy T. Harris and stepfather, Roosevelt Dillard.

She attended Fashion Industries High School and then continued her education at Manhattan Medical Cornell University in New York City.

She relocated to San Diego, Ca. and was employed as an Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse at Southwood Psychiatric Center in California.

The funeral service will be professionally directed on Wednesday, July 09, at 3pm at Feggins & Feggins Chapel in Wake Forest, NC.
