Obituary For Mrs. Emma Brownlee

Mrs. Emma Brownlee of Barnesville, GA. passed on Sunday August 6, 2023.

Emma Clara Foster Brownlee was born on December 26, 1948, to the late Ms. Emmare Della Foster in Barnesville, Lamar County, Georgia.
She was educated in the Lamar County School System and attended Booker High School. She was raised in a Christian home with her mother.

Emma was a supervisor over the mold injection department of a manufacturing firm in Chicago, IL for many years. She would later relocate back to Barnesville, GA and obtained employment with the William Carter Company.

She met and was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Benny W. Brownlee, Sr. He preceded her in death. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and auntie. In her leisure time, she loved to write and fish. She was always the life of the party. She knew this could not be her eternal home.

On August 6, 2023, she departed this earthly life and went home to live with the Lord. Emma leaves precious memories in the hearts of her two sons, Mr. Willie James (Lequisha) Foster and Mr. Benny W. Brownlee, Jr.; six amazing grandchildren, Montrevious T. Foster, Kenterious Brownlee, Keaston Brownlee, Kendall Brownlee, Camryn Hamm, and Cayson Brownlee; two brothers, Mr. Gail Foster and Mr. Alexander Foster; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom all will miss her
dearly.
