Mother Mary Lucille Dodson passed away on August 22, 2023 at her residence in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 77. She was born January 2, 1946 in Maury County, Tennessee to the parents of Effie Lee and Barry Oden.

Those left behind to cherish her many memories; devoted husband, Deacon John Dodson; devoted daughter, Felicia "Lisa" Dodson; son, Melvin J. Dodson, devoted granddaughter, Zahiyya Dodson; grandchildren, great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation with family, Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11:30 until 12:00 at Locust Ridge Primitive Baptist Church, 4991 Murfreesboro Road Arrington, Tennessee, with funeral to began at 12:00 Elder Doncor Archie officiating and Elder Brandon Mason, eulogist.

Interment Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Columbia, Tennessee.
