Ruby Kendrick Kelley a native of Quincy, Florida. Mrs Ruby completed her basic education and earned an Associate Degree.

Her faith journey was Presbyterian and she was member of Maximo Presbyterian Church, St.Petersburg, FL. Ruby was employed with Pinellas County District School as a Para Professional .

She was an Eastern Star.

Cherish memories her husband Pearce Kelley, Jr., daughter Beverly Blackshear; grandchildren Particus Blackshear,III, Briana Blackshear, Ryker Adcock, Ryleigh Adcock.
