Obituary For Miriam Boyle

Miriam "Mimi" Hendricks Boyle,79, of Fairfield Harbour passed Monday, September 4, 2023 at Carteret Health Care, Morehead City.

Her Funeral Mass is 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at St. Paul Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Boyle, New Bern, NC; two daughters, Theresa Kelly (Edward), New Bern and Maureen Allen (Paul), Gardiner, NY; two brothers, Charles Hendricks and Kevin Hendricks of New Bern; grandchildren, John Hannan, Erin Hannan, Zachary Allen and Maggie Allen; two great grandchildren, Emerson Hannan and Parker Hannan.

In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to Colonial Capital Humane Society 1860 Old Airport Rd. New Bern, NC 28560 in Miriam's name.

Share a single memory? I have soo many. First, I do believe that Miriam is already with my mom, dad, Jean & Carl. I believe she is surrounded by Cocoa, Keena and her other fur babies. Most of my fun childhood memories, included Miriam. She costumed me when I was Constable in Fiddler using Gerry's uniform accessories, she took my dad in a full leg cast to get our puppy (Buttons) since he was home for a year, plus she brought him home ceramics to work on to keep him busy. Years ago people used a clothesline. One day, she filled my mom's bra on our line with grapefruits because my mom's bra could hold them! She was soo much fun! She made Mom-Mom Boyle's elbow macaroni with tuna fish! Every morning, she would come right in to see my mom. Like Lucy & Ethel. (She was the Lucy and my mom, the very serious Ethel) Miriam, my mom and Jean would do everything together. I could go on forever. May she rest in sweet peace. Elisa XOXO
