Mr. Roosevelt Lipscomb, Jr. 93, was born on Saturday, February 1, 1930 and departed this life on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

Visitation service will be held at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 2502 NC Hwy 55, Durham, NC on Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.

Funeral service will be held at St. John's Missionary Baptist Church, 917 Onslow St., Durham, NC on Monday, September 25, 2023; family and friends visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, funeral service will start at 1:00 pm. Burial will be held Woodlawn Memorial Park.
