Mrs. Gloria Howard Foster-Obua transitioned from this life on September 13, 2023. Her funeral will be held 1:00PM on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel, with visitations starting 1hr prior to the service at the chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
