Frances Parker Miller passed away early Wednesday morning on September 20, 2023, at the age of 85. Fran is remembered for her devotion to her family, who loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Fran Miller was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard Parker and Millie A. Parker.

Survivors include four of her children, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
