Demise: Friday, September 22, 2023 at South Georgia Medical Center.

He was raised by his grandparents, the late Cornelius Demps and the late Annie Mae Demps. He also received care in later years from his uncle, the late Calvin Demps.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Daniel (Karina) Swenson; grandchildren Elijah and Eliana Swenson; siblings Robert Wrye and Timothy Thomas (Zelda); aunt Mae Ester Garland Berneatha Demps and Saundra Demps; special cousins Lanice “Chuck” Jones (Janice), Erika Garland Jackson (Keith) and a host of family and friends. A special Thanks to Holly Hill Nursing Home.

Home going service for Mr. Henry Lee Demps will be held on Saturday, September 30, at 2:00 P M at Scott and Roberts Mortuary Chapel Rev. W. C. Morgan will officiate, and burial will follow in the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
