TYLER--Funeral services for Mr. Jerome Wesley, 47, is scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11 am in the sanctuary of St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana with Pastor Young, eulogist.

Burial will follow in Round Grove Memorial Gardens in Shreveport under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company.

Jerome was born on June 23, 1976 in Shreveport, Louisiana and transitioned on September 12, 2023 in Tyler, Texas.

He was a resident of Smith County for over 10 years. He was a member of St. Matthews Church and worked in Laundry and Dietary for Reunion Plaza Nursing Facility.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Lavonia Scott. Left to cherish his memories are spouse: Cassius Wesley of Tyler, Texas; Father" Jerome Hill of Shreveport, Louisiana; sons: Jerome Scott III (Quesha Howard), Shaquille Stringer and Montrell (Chris) Jordan of Tyler; sister: Veronica Wright of Shreveport, Louisiana and five grandchildren.

Public viewing will be on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
