Mr. Jeffery Williams, 64, of Ashville, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023.

Jeffery Clark “Doc” Williams was born on September 14, 1959 to the late Helen Williams and the late Mr. Percy Dean.

Jeffery was educated in the Ashville School System, a member of the Class of 1978. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by: His sister, Alfreda Rushon; Brother, Stephen Williams and his nephew, James Corey.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories to: One daughter, Whitney Marie; Two grandchildren, Rylee Marie and Graysen Sloan; Two sisters, Patricia (Rev. Jerome) Anderson of Ridgeville, AL and Gwen (Joe) Forman of Ashville, AL; Two brothers, Brian (Cammy) Williams and Eugene Williams, both of Gadsden, AL; Raised like sisters and brothers, Allen Looney, Gwen Looney Byers, and Telisa Looney Hardwick; Two aunts, Sarah (Mylus) Spear and Eloise Williams; one uncle, Ralph Williams Jr.; Special nieces and nephews, Brad, Joey, Brandon, Shun, Xavier, Keilyn, Jalesa, Shavone, Jacob, Chrystal, Jamyia, Kim, Jacqueline, Dalria, Elder Joy Anderson, Keith, Robert and Jerome; Special cousins, Stanley Williams, and Charlene Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be Friday, October 6, 2023 from 12noon-6pm

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 11am at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Ashville, AL.
