Tommy Gray was born to the late Wiley and Josephine Gray of
Rutherfordton, NC on January 27 th , 1952. He departed this life
on September 13 th , 2023.
He was a member of People’s Temple church in Rutherfordton,
NC. Tommy was a former employee at Glenn Hamilton’s Barber
shop in Rutherfordton, NC. Tommy had lived in Washington, DC
for the last 20 years.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by
two sisters, Barbara Owens, Jackie Miller, and one brother,
Spencer Gray.
He leaves to cherish two sisters, JoAnn Gray of Spindale NC,
and Brenda Logan (William) of Forest City, NC, and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
