THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Wilbert L. Harkins of Carrollton, Alabama was Monday, October 23, 2023, 12:00 Noon at New Cumberland Presbyterian Church In America, 250 New Cumberland Road in Carrollton, Alabama. The body of Mr. Harkins was in state in the church one hour prior to the service.

INTERMENT was in New Cumberland Presbyterian Church In America Cemetery, also in Carrollton. Reverend Jacqueline Lang is The Pastor of New Cumberland Presbyterian Church In America.
