A Memorial Service for Mr. David Felder will be on Saturday, October 14, 2023, 3:00 PM in Elizabeth's Chapel of Alfonso Dawson Mortuary.

David Anthony Felder was born on July 28, 1966 in Brooklyn, NY to Minnie Lee Adams and Edward Felder. David attended Brooklyn Tech, where he had a pasion for engineering.

David was a remarkable individual who accomplished so much in his time with us. In 7 years, David transitioned from being hired as custodian to resigning as the Director of Technology for Friend Seminary in 2004.

On July 17, 1995, David made the decision to enter rehab and embark ono a life-changing journey. Over the next 10,332 days, David remained committed to that decision. He touched many lives and continued to show others why the program was important to him and how it worked.

David relocated with his wife, Renee, to Georgia and entered the industry of transportation where his biggest impact was at UNFI for over a decade.

The memories of our beloved David will forever be held in the hearts of his wife, Renee, children, Raheem Johnson and Marcya Barreiro, sister, Michelle Felder, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and colleagues.
