Mrs. Kimberly Karen Mincey Washington-Clinton “Kim” of Harlem, New York died on Sunday October 8, 2023, at Mt. Sinai hospital. The daughter of the late Gwendolyn Williams and the late Burton Mincey was born in Savannah, GA on July 4, 1961.
