In Loving Memory of a Beloved Mother

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother, Shirley Brazzell, who peacefully left this world on October 12, 2023, at her cherished home, surrounded by her devoted family. She is survived by her son, Wayne Rowe (Billy Langley), daughter Martha Rainey (Wesley Rainey), and daughter Ashley McWaters (Hayden).

Shirley was born to Ruby and Howard Brazzell, and she was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her sisters, Naomi Morris and Patsy Brazzell, and her brother, Bucky Brazzell. She is survived by her sisters Linda Thomason, Ann Martin (Mike), and Jean Brazzell (Mark), as well as her brother, Bubba Brazzell (Liz).

Her legacy extends to her grandchildren, Jeremy Rowe (Breanna), Holly Tarbell (Jerad), and Tommy Rainey (Erin), as well as her seven great-grandchildren, whose lives were brightened by her love and wisdom.

We invite family and friends to join us in remembrance and celebration of Shirley at her home, located at 723 Langley Drive, Chester, on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Details for the graveside services will be announced at a later date.

In the embrace of her family, Shirley found her greatest joy and comfort. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind, a testament to the love, strength, and resilience that defined her life.

Rest in peace, dear Shirley. You will be deeply missed and forever loved.
