Viewing rites for Mr. Willie Catchings were held on Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Hazlehurst Funeral Home Chapel in Hazlehurst, MS from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Greater Mt. Olive M.B. Church at 11:00 a.m.; Rev. Kelvin Langston, officiating.

Burial services were held at St. James Church Cemetery.
