Obituary For Elder Michael "The Macaroni" Roman

Elder Michael Roman, was born on September 28, 1955 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late RT Roman and Mrs. Ruby Roman. He was the fifth son of six boys from RT Roman and Ruby Roman.

Michael attended Anderson Park Elementary School and was a graduate Frederick Douglass High School. He was a high achiever in Art while attending Frederick Douglass High School. He was also a graduate of DeVry University where he received a business Management Degree.

Michael had several jobs, he worked for Map International and Anthem Properties as well as other companies. Michael was always an asset to the companies he was employed by and decided to follow his passion for business which led him to various entrepreneurial ventures. He opened a Dairy Queen Bar Restaurant and he also opened an Insurance Company. He later started back into home improvements and home restoration which was one of his greatest skill set. Michael was a great contractor and could work magic on any project he touched. His touch with home restoration was “UNBLEIVEABLE!” Whatever he did in life, he always did his best. He had a heart of gold and would give his last to anyone.

Having responded to the call of God to Christian Ministry and having satisfied all the Biblical requirement for ordination as an Elder. He became Elder Michael Roman on April 10, 2011.

He was preceded in death by his father, RT Roman and his brothers, Artlas Roman, Jr, Elonzo Roman, Lorenzo Roman and Benjamin Roman.

Michael is survived by his Mother Ruby Roman; brother, Leon Roman; son, Charles Roman; grandson, Zion Roman; two aunts, Odessia Broadnax and Adella Wilkinson; special nieces, Carol Boswell, Deborah Roman, Shanta Roman, LaShun Roman, Fanitra Brantley, Lenore Roman, Marquise Rivers, Kayla Roman,Kemdelphia Boswell, Najah Glasco and Restoria Roman; special nephews, Artlas Roman I; a look alike nephew, Rodrick Boswell, Quentin Roman, Jacque Roman, Terrence Boswell Jr, Terrence Boswell, Sr, Jordan Roman, Artlas Roman II, Dekerry Roman, Thron Roman, Isaiah Glasco, and Bayman Pollock; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends. I am sorry to learn of the death of your beloved family member. Jehovah God made a promise to us all at Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death.
