Casey Ryan Goolsby, 24, of Walnut Cove, NC passed Friday, October 27, 2023. Public viewing will be held Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel of Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Baileytown Christian Church, Walnut Cove, NC with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Casey Ryan Goolsby departed this early life on October 27 at the age of 24. Casey was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Clara “Gan-Gan” Goolsby, maternal grandfather Walter Pack and aunt Sandra Goolsby-Thomas who he called “Saba-Daba”.

Casey attended Stokes County Public Schools. He was a lover of Lyrics and was known on the Rap Scene as “Brazzy Red”, He had a talent of fast thinking. His lyrics were always filled with emotions. Casey had a heart of gold and a smile that would melt you heart. He loved rapping and eating banana “Nanana” puddding until he was full.

Casey leaves to mourn his memory: father; David S. Goolsby, mother, Sandra Renee Goolsby of Walnut Cove, NC. One daughter, the true love if his life 3 month old, Mil'liana Cyn Dior Goolsby of Winston Salem, NC, Three brothers; Kevin Dobose of Midway, NC, Devin Goolsby and David Goolsby, Jr both of Walnut Cove, NC, two sisters; Iesha Debose of Midway, NC and Destiny Pack of Walnut Cove, NC, three nephews, three nieces and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.
