Rodrick passed away on October 13, 2023 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Fl. Born on September 20, 1974. Rodrick’s presence will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him. They’re many stories from people he had met during his journey of reclaiming his life. Every story ended with “He always makes me laugh even when I don’t want to!” His greatest gift was the gift of laughter. Rod was an avid Miami Dolphins and University of Miami fan. But his ultimate loyalty was for his beloved Carol City Chiefs in Miami Gardens, Fl. He loved grilling, cooking, quality cigars, working for Mosaic, and watching comedy movies. You could hear laughter before you get to the house and the Mason brotherhood. Rodrick leaves to morn his mother Rosalind Scott- Wyche, his father Larry E. Carlton, step-mom Latryna D. Carlton, daughters Taylor J. Carlton and Brooklyn S. Carlton, sisters Teneka N. Webster and Bria L. Scott, brother Lawrence E. Carlton, and a host of family & friends.
