Cathy Renee Shelton,62, of Bayboro passed Thursday, November 2, 2023 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Her service is 1:00 PM, Friday, November 10, 2023 at New Bern Eastern M. B. Association Headquarters, Grantsboro. The interment will follow at Mt. Zion M. B. Church Cemetery, Arapahoe.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan Shelton, New Bern and Terron Smith, Bayboro; daughter, Keyona Shelton, Bayboro; her parents, Ernest and Melvinia Shelton, Oriental; brother, Ernest Gregory Shelton, Newport News, VA; five sisters, Mamie Jones, Raleigh, NC, Gwendolyn Hicks and Charnese Shelton both of New Bern, Lynette Shelton, Charlotte, NC and Latisha Rivers, Oriental; five grandchildren.
