MR. PATRICK LEBRON EVANS, SR. - Age 54, born September 3, 1969, in Rome, Georgia to Everett Evans and the late Carolyn Printup. He departed this earthly life for his heavenly home Thursday, November 9, 2023.

Patrick was educated in the Chattooga County School System and graduated from Chattooga High School in 1987. He was employed by HON. Patrick enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also loved watching sports, especially the Baltimore Ravens, but was most excited when he was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Hull Printup and step father, Homer Printup; grandparents, Henley and Beatrice Hull and John L. and Lelia Evans; Uncles, Alvin Evans and Lenton “O Neal” Evans.

Patrick leaves to cherish his memory his father, Everett Evans, Lyerly, GA; two children, Patrick LeBron Evans, Jr. Lyerly, GA and Payton Davis, Columbia, SC; brother, Gerone Ladell Evans, Lyerly, GA; sister Neveah Printup, Kingston, GA; grandchildren, Messiah Evans and Amiyah Evans; nephews, Gerone Marquel Evans, Rome, GA, Perez Shropshire, Rome, GA; nieces, Ayanna Young, Rome, GA, Kayanne Lee, Rome, GA; step-brothers, Darrell (Stacey) Wise, Rome, GA, Corey (Jennie) Wiggins, Cartersville, GA, Mark Williams, Kingston, GA, Tracy Ayers, Columbus, OH, Jaquantas Printup, Kingston, GA; step sisters, Linda (Reggie) Burks, Hometta Printup, Kingston, GA, Vanity Printup, Cartersville, GA; Raven Printup, Cartersville, Jamila Printup; aunts, Dorothy-Ann Evans, Lyerly, GA, Mary (Mose) Adams, Lyerly, GA, Irma Jean (Calvin) Starks, St. Louis, MO; Uncles, George (Rosa Lee) Evans, Lyerly, GA, Arthell Evans, Lyerly, GA, Michael (Joyce) Hull, Rome, GA; great aunt, Betty Saunders, Aberdeen, MD; friend, Olita Hampton as well as a host of cousins and friends also survive.

Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 1:00 P. M. at North Summerville Baptist Church, 119 Maplewood Drive, Summerville, Georgia 30747 with Rev. Robert E. Barrett, Eulogist and Rev. Robert Lackey, Presider. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour. Interment, Evans Family Cemetery, Holland, GA.
