Furman Funchess Tisdale, Jr., 75, of Valdosta Ga, formerly of RIchmond, Va., departed this life November 15, 2023. Surviving are his sister, Kathryn Nelson (Al); brother, Charles A. Tisdale (Karalynda), of Pittsburgh, Pa.; former wife, Peggy Tisdale, of Valdosta, Ga; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 27, at Scott's Chapel 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Remains will be forwarded to Stevens Funeral Home, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr., Valdosta, Ga. for burial.
