Barbara Blackwell Perry, of Richmond, died November 16, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer L. Perry, Sr. Surviving are her son, Spencer L. Perry, Jr. (Johnna); daughter, Trudy K. Perry (Harold Singletary); a host of grandchildren, other relative and friends. A memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Scott’s Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev.
