Alpheia Brown Reynolds, 67 of Madison, NC passed Thursday, November 23, 2023. Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Mary D. Perry Chapel of Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Ms. Alpheia Brown, daughter of the late Steve and Mary Edna Dalton, was born September 29, 1956. She departed this earthly life on November 23, 2023 at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Francis Brown, sister, Willie Lee Parker and her very close and special friend, Ollie Tatum, Sr. “OG”.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her children; Calvin Brown and Latosha Brown both of Madison, NC, seven sisters; Mary Malloy, Deborah Hairston, Marsha Brown, Betty Lowe all of Mayodan, NC, Laura Simmons, Donna Simmons, and Tina Simmons of Walnut Cove, NC. One brother; Larry Junior Joyce of Mayodan, NC. Grandchildren; Amaya Hairston, Tmari McClelland, Mikal McClelland and Keyon Galloway.
